Selected accomplishments:• Have extensive hands-on experience building and troubleshooting computers and servers from all major manufacturers. • Network infrastructure: trouble shoot, design, build, and implement; including patch panels and cabling.• Setup and support of a company wide wireless network which has evolved through three unique revisions during my tenure.• Administer servers in both the physical and VMware environments from backups to domain level user creation and manipulation in both Active Directory and NT 4.0 User Manager for Domain environments.• Enterprise Exchange Administrator for entire network.• Implementation and deployment of a full-scale Windows 7 Migration Project.• Purchase and setup PDAs (Cell Phones, iPhones, Blackberry Devices and Blackberry Enterprise Server) throughout the company.• Company-wide time keeping support (ETime, ADP, and Kronos).• An extensive history of mainframe support, which included programming conversions for over 2,800 programs at Y2K using ASK's Powerhouse application. Platforms Include IBM 360/50 through 4300 series Mainframe, HP 3000 (48,70,957,979), HP 900/G50 and SCO Unix systems.• Installation and support for numerous software applications including a wide array of Microsoft Products, Adobe products, and Autodesk software (AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max, 20/20 CAP/AutoCAD).• Administer Seamans-Rohm Phone system for a scope of 300 extensions (All aspects including phone cabling) and troubleshooting on Avaya phone systems.• Fluent in DOS, Windows, Windows NT4.0/2000/2003/2008 Server versions.• Remote and on-site support for more than 16 sites throughout the country and Canada.
