I am responsible for working directly with Flourish’s founders to secure the necessary funding to implement the Board’s short term goals and long-term vision as the nation’s leader in providing life-saving therapy to individuals within the LGBTQ+ community. Harding will be responsible for identifying major individual, corporate and family foundation donors; developing planned and stock transfer programs; facilitating social media giving campaigns and increasing the organization’s revenue stream through Charity Buzz celebrity experience auctions. He will be instrumental in identifying opportunities with and responding to grant-making organizations and institutions on the Flourish’s behalf and serving as a liaison to the corporate community at the local, state and national levels.
