My interest and expertise is in the area of manufacturing with an emphasis in quality control and continuous improvement. I have led multiple teams in the day-to-day quality control operations in both on-line and selective audit settings. My leadership has produced reductions in downtime, consistently improved quality audit results, conformance to federal and internal regulations, as well as maintaining a safe workplace--exceeding company standards. In addition, learning and practicing the use of problem solving tools such as the 4-M method has equipped me to quickly arrive at the root cause of problems and implement countermeasures necessary in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
