As a Field Team Manager at Sky, I am responsible for the Performance, Safety, Engagement and Motivation of my 15+ Direct Reports over a large geographic area. To ensure that they deliver on business set KPI's whilst being efficient and delivering great customer service. Ensuring both van and equipment is safe and fit for purpose.· Engaging with the customers directly to ensure they are satisfied with both the engineers work and their overall experience with Sky.· Complaints handling and carrying out site surveys or damage assessments.· Performing ER duties such as investigating manager, chairperson and note taker.· Hosting team meetings and communicating briefs to ensure key information is received and understood.· Be resilient and lead through change.· Regional Stock Audit Co-ordinator: responsible for ensuring timely completion of all engineer stock audits, ensuring business deadlines are met.· Social and Event Organiser – responsible for the organisation of team meetings and larger regional meetings as well as social activities such as volunteer days and team activities
