Shareholder with transactional and litigation practice of matters involving international law, oil and gas law, renewable energy projects, engineering malpractice, maritime law, contract law and construction law including contract document preparation, environmental concerns, negotiations, structuring of international and domestic joint venture transactions as well as construction and engineering litigation with a focus primarily on the oil and gas projects, drilling and exploration and production industry as well as FPSOs, FSOs, SPARs and TLPs and renewable energy projects, including gas-to-liquids, wind power generator projects and port and port facility projects. Prepare, modify and negotiate contracts in the drilling activities, construction, engineering, and oil and gas industries including EPCI contracts, construction, operations and installation activities with project values of from $50 million to over $4 billion. Included acting as general counsel for firms. Heavy international practice. Currently represent international construction, engineering, energy and oil and gas firms with interests in West Africa, the Middle East, South America, Asia and the Far East as well as in the United States.
