I am the primary contact for all incoming and outgoing domestic referrals at Daniel Gale Sotheby's International Realty's twenty nine offices. I assist clients with meeting their real estate goals, whether they want to rent, purchase, or sell. By ensuring that every referral is handled meticulously from start to finish, I am able to maximize every opportunity for referral income for my agents. I keep track of the referral from the beginning when the referral is placed with the agent, up until the home closes. I also work with administrators to ensure that the correct payments are paid in a timely fashion to the referral sources. By attending conferences and networking events, I focus on strengthening existing relationships, as well as creating new ones to help Daniel Gale agents expand their presence beyond the Long Island market.
