CurrentSnapshot: Program manager for large back-office programs. Partners with vendors, IT and business to document requirements. Ensures programs and projects are progressing and on track. Leads PMO staff directly or indirectly in managing schedule and scope. Partners with IT and FP&A on overall program budget and manages spend. • Manages business teams in developing requirements and ensures business activities stay on track. • Oversees all aspects of program governance, including regularly providing program updates to various governance bodies, presenting issues requiring decisions, and seeking out and resolving concerns of the governance bodies. • Develops communication plan, and identifies and provides regular updates to stakeholders.• Collaborates with Change Management team to develop company-wide communications. • Manages and trains PMO team on the use of fundamental program tracking tools.
