I am a curator of complex ideas that change lives for the better. I lead with empathy and compassion. My work centers on synthesizing abstract concepts and viewpoints to create and deploy systematic solutions that have qualitatively and quantitatively improved the lives of thousands.In collaboration with my highly respected colleagues and fellow thought leaders, I have personally developed transformative solutions for real-world applications, including resilience, well-being, stress management, substance abuse prevention, and cancer prevention, focused on technological innovation.I have designed and overseen the implementation of behavior change and health risk programs that have been utilized by hundreds of thousands of employees through commercial partnerships. I also have an active leadership role in several community organizations that are involved in a variety of policy focused segments, including life sciences industry development and charitable giving. As the President and CEO of ProChange Behavior Solutions, I am unwavering in my commitment to leveraging behavioral science and evidence to lead transformative initiatives that empower individuals to experience life-changing breakthroughs.Our recent work spans diverse applications, including improving the lives of individuals caring for loved ones with Alzheimer’s and other dementias, supporting individuals coping with hereditary cancer syndromes, fostering a sense of belonging among LGBTQ+ employees, and assisting those with substance use disorders in federally qualified primary care centers.My theory-driven approaches to health behavior change, coupled with evidence-based strategies and sophisticated tailoring, have successfully integrated these solutions into population-based systems and led to over $7 million in NIH-funded research.I am also deeply passionate about supporting Veterans and military personnel, which has led to invitations from the U.S. Office of the Secretary of Defense to participate as one of 50 leaders at the 76th Joint Civilian Orientation Conference (JCOC) and from the Secretary of the Air Force to attend the 56th Annual National Security Forum (NSF) at the Air War College.
