Overseeing the digital operations for some of Bauer’s biggest websites including Parkers.co.uk, motherandbaby.com, todays-golfer.com and more Working with strategic partners, editorial, marketing, product and development to ensure the brand is achieving its goals.

• Responsible for new and existing digital partnerships predominantly in the Automotive markets
• Partnerships include insurance, finance, travel, motoring services, SMS and many others

• Identify and secure profitable sales within the East Anglia region through the development and penetration of new and existing customer contacts

• Responsible for Marketing and Business Development for the Mail Order division.
• Management of all Direct Marketing campaigns including the design and production of 10 own branded ChoicesUK product catalogues a year.
• Responsible for all additional marketing activity which included lapsed mailing campaigns, inserts, list purchase and off the page advertising.
• Also managed partnership relationships with the BBC, Emap, Women’s Institute and Red Active.

• Responsible for CRM activity for the database of over 1 million members of the 229 stores
• Launching new products and initiatives in stores. Launched electronic gift cards and membership cards. Included POS, communicating with suppliers, IT, Operations and stores
• Maintaining and updating the website. Coordinated a redesign of the website. As a result the number of visits and time spent on the site increased significantly
• E-marketing to the registered email addresses. Responsible for all content and design
• Assisted product management of the DVD/VHS rental area
• Reporting on promotional/product activity, campaigns such as Valentines for the marketing department and senior management

• Supporting the Commercial Director in all commercial aspects of the channel
• Responsible for all EPG management including hour titles and descriptions. Involved with the creative task of creating new hours and product ideas for the channel

• Responsible for the coordination and management of campaigns on other channels such as buying airtime, supplying the media etc
