South Pole is a leading climate project developer and global climate action consultancy.In this role, I reported to the Head of Digital Transformation, and worked within a team of highly skilled BA"s and PM's, acting as an internal consultancy practice for project management. As a team we were responsible for delivering the best solutions to the challenges presented by the business, I supported the PM's with process mapping, requirements gathering through interviews and workshops, off-the-shelf product assessment, cost benefit analysis and any other analysis required to build business cases. I crafted technical specifications for our digital product designers and enterprise application specialists, based on the information I gathered. During my time with the team, we delivered a variety of transformational projects; for internal customers we provided new business capabilities within our existing toolset and removed technical debt.
