This was a position I assumed while the company was in transition from a product development company to an OEM. I was responsible for selecting software and implementation of the company’s ERP, PLM/BOM Control and document control solutions. Manufacturing processes were standardized and procedures put in place to deliver a consistent product while meeting delivery schedules.

Platinum Aviation Training and Platinum Aviation Rentals, provided flight training and aircraft rentals with Florida's largest fleet of glass panel aircraft and is the largest Cirrus Aircraft training facility worldwide. Platinum Aviation Service was our full service aircraft maintenance facility and Cirrus Authorized Service Center. Platinum Aviation Sales specialized in the used aircraft sales market especially the Cirrus Aircraft. Platinum Gear was our company's online, retail store selling Platinum branded merchandise and flight training materials.I left Platinum in April 2012 at a point where it had been built into the largest and most respected Cirrus Training Center and one of the premier Cirrus Maintenance Centers. Platinum Aviation closed its doors less than one year after my departure.
