I am a Change Management Consultant who specialises in helping organisations to deliver effective organisational change in projects. I enable organisations to achieve change goals through facilitating an understanding of change landscapes and working with them to create effective change including leadership alignment and stakeholder engagement. As a Change Lead in projects, I have managed teams of change managers, change agents and trainers, including external vendors, to help steer projects to success. I have worked on a number of large change initiatives, across a variety of industries, where I have successfully applied my problem solving, planning, decision making, coaching and facilitation skills.My experience includes the private & public sectors both locally & overseas, mainly in the Human Resources field & Retail sector but also extends to the Financial Services sector, Oil industry & Government institutions. Change Management ConsultantWoolworths Jul 2018 - Mar 2023Cape Town Area, South AfricaMy final role in this contract with Woolworths was as a Change Consultant in the Finance in the discovery phase of a project to improve the financial reporting and forecasting processes and systems. I was part of the team putting a business case together. My responsibilities included stakeholder engagement and leadership alignment during this phase, as well as understanding stakeholder impacts to create a high level change approach including training as input into the business case.The previous project I worked on during this contract was in the Foods business. The project made a shift to a cloud based AI/ML forecasting solution which had impacts not only in the Food space but across the business. The project will also enable our IT teams to work in this new digital world.As the Change Lead in the project I was responsible for:✶ Developing a change and people implementation strategy for the project that included both Food and IT impacts✶ Leading a Change Team to deliver the project strategy. The team includes two change managers, training material specialist and developer, HR Manager and a vendor Business Consultant. Change Management ConsultantCape Town City Council Apr 2013 - Dec 2017Cape TownThe final project I worked on aimed to ensure that all EPWP Workers are paid accurately and on time, and within Governance and Legislative requirements. We achieved this through implementing SAP Personnel Admin and Payroll. I was the Change Lead in the project. Other change resources included a Change Manager as well as Change Support staff and a team of interns. My responsibilities included all change activities: communication, training, stakeholder management as well as planning the project rollout and project team development. Key Stakeholders include HR, SAP ERP Team as well as all Executive Directors and Strategic Support Services Managers in the City.In a previous project I implemented electronic agendas (eAgenda) for all committee and council meetings. This involved implementing changed business processes and SAP Case Management via a SAP Portal application. The aim of eAgenda is to create, compile and distribute agendas more effectively and efficiently within the City. As a Change Consultant I was responsible for all aspects of Change Management including: Change Strategy and Plans; Leadership Alignment; Stakeholder Identification and Analysis; Stakeholder Management; Change Impact Analysis; Communication Plans and Products. I was also responsible creating and managing the Pilot and Rollout plans.I worked with the Executive Committee Services and the SAP ERP Support centre.
