Reduced calls for technical support by more than 80% by establishing a centralised online Help Centre for students with tutorials on studying online, using the Moodle platform and using third party software such as Diigo and Adobe Connect, and online information literacies.Developed and facilitated a range of workshops for staff and students in the use of technologies for teaching and communicating including Intermediate Moodle, web conferencing first with MS Lync and then with Adobe Connect, and the effective use of PowerPoint.Presented at the state level as part of Relationships Australia SA’s Gambling Awareness Month on desktop research I’d undertaken into the rise of online gaming – including gambling themed games not directly tied to betting money. I was then requested to present to the Premier and then to a special council on gambling, which resulted in additions to gambling policy to reflect the importance of the rise of online gaming.

Research, writing, consulting, use of CMS to update web site, graphic design, supporting users of Artez, project management, use of SalesForce to send email campaigns, promotion of the use of social media.

Conducted national workshops on a range of e-learning tools and topics including web conferencing, virtual worlds, Moodle, Creative Commons and building a Professional Learning Network. Created and produced a national e-learning podcast “E-learning Insights” where I chose the topics, interviewed guests, edited and published the podcast for a national audience using the EdNA website.Developed a learning platform in the virtual world of OpenSim and presented on this nationally and internationally.
