I believe that if you only find one answer you have not thought enough about the question.As a seasoned customer service professional I have worked in call centers for 20 years. I have witnessed management success and failure, and when offered the opportunity I have encouraged change.After 11 years as a successful sales representative for CUNA Mutual insurance I transitioned into a support role where I could help maintain the high standards of customer service and excellence that I lived by when I was on the phones. I helped monitor the sales rep for accuracy and compliance. I helped drive process improvements, and coached the sales reps through the transitions.In 2012 I began as an Account Manager with Gates Business solutions. In that role I developed strong relationships with my customers in serving their needs and the needs of GBS.A great deal of weight however was put on Projects as well. I took over the Vehicle Manufacturing program, and implemented multiple changes to improve accuracy and efficiency. In my role as Program manger for that project I managed the other account managers in their week to week maintenance of their customers data connectors. In addition to that I suggested process improvements to streamline accounting duties, and maximize the efficiency of the invoicing process.The key to my success has always been my drive to find a better solution.
