Kerry-Jo Ford Lyn is a seasoned executive with 20+ years leading international development organizations. She has built powerful partnerships with government agencies, public and private foundations, and activist groups across the Caribbean, the Americas, Asia, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Her expertise spans both enterprise-wide strategic planning and the intricacies of organizational reinvention. Finding creative ways to structure programs that don’t compromise the needs of those most marginalized while also meeting complex funding requirements is one of her superpowers.
