As a field producer I oversee all aspects of field production including pre-production, scheduling and coordination of multiple on-location shoots per city. Creating shot lists and developing a story arc for each segment while being responsible for all coverage are principle to the field producer position. I also direct all aspects of the culinary process, conduct interviews and coordinate between the camera, audio and talent within a scene to capture the story.

This position works directly along side the lead field producer and is primarily preparing the crew and talent for the upcoming shoot elements. During principal shooting the host, the AP is responsible for swapping the scenes culinarily, relaying blocking to the shooters and instructing the chefs of the needs of the scene. This position is the backbone of the shoot with all of the hats that must be worn. Responsibilities: Set up of culinary elements and all continuity between shoot days, pre-interviews, all deliverables from the field, media management and delivery, tape logs, field expenses, set stills, assist with gear transport, light grip work, set crafty, direct PA's and roll with the punches. Coordinated all gear (in house and rentals) and all media and deliverables. Oversee budgeting for crew and various trades workers as well as all transportation and material acquisitions.
