As an Application Consultant I offer training, evaluation and process development remotely via web based delivery and on site travel to customer locations. In support of Epicor Eclipse Distribution software I will deliver training for system topics, individual or group problem resolution and implementation consulting for the set up of system software.Having a combination of IT, end user and upper management experience allows me to consult on topics end to end considering the big picture for management and the functional details for the operational staff.Accounting, Sales, Warehousing (RF and Non-RF), Product, Pricing, and Purchasing are areas that I have successfully delivered in customer engagements. Attended Eclipse Advanced Report Writer and Data Structure training as well as Summit training events to increase knowledge and experience on the Eclipse platform. Navigated the company into the Linux and Open Source age leveraging these new technologies into the day to day operations of a 21st century wholesaler.
