CurrentI manage strategic outbound lead generation campaigns that convert cold prospects into new business, driving measurable results for my clients. I work closely with SMB owners, executives, and marketing leaders, developing high-impact relationships that are central to their growth goals. Through a consultative approach, I align outbound lead generation and marketing strategies with clients’ objectives, overseeing $25k-$40k in monthly recurring revenue (MRR) across 6-8 clients. My role focuses on client retention, business growth, and optimizing marketing performance. Key responsibilities include:► Client Retention & Growth: Have reached 30, 24, and 18-month retention milestones with multiple clients. Prioritize client retention and expansion through regular engagement, leading renewal discussions, and strategically identifying areas for increased client investment to further their marketing success.► Strategic Consultation & Data-Driven Insights: Act as a trusted advisor, providing actionable insights on market trends, best practices, and performance optimization. Leverage proprietary analytics to track campaign results and use data to refine messaging, targeting, and strategies, ensuring improved outcomes and maximizing ROI for clients.► Lead Generation & Campaign Management: Design and execute outbound lead generation programs through cold email outreach, display advertising, and website visitor retargeting, consistently driving new business for clients.► Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives, coordinating projects to meet client objectives on time and within scope.► Client Relationship Management: Build long-term partnerships by gaining a deep understanding of each client’s business, brand voice, and target market.
