Owning the Mortgage Advisor relationship, overseeing the development from various IT Teams, managing through to testing and release within the deadline, therefore avoiding potential Regulatory breach.• Involved as a Mortgage knowledge expert in many Compliance initiatives, including Mortgage Market Review and Credit Account Information Sharing Extract.• Using business knowledge and technical expertise to represent the Bank at a key Third Party supplier’s working parties, focusing on Mortgages in a heavily regulated mortgage arena. • Exceeded the scope of the role by producing recommendations for the delivery of an Inventory, for this work and other achievements I received an Exceeding appraisal rating in 2012 and 2013. • Seconded for 3 months to Problem Management, achieved an understanding of root cause analysis and future prevention. • Received an award for achieving Quarter One 2012 sign off for Business Computing Inventory. This was for an external audit requirement and required the establishment of contacts throughout the Bank and obtaining sign-off from Business Leaders.
