Responsible for providing a comprehensive office management function to ensure timely delivery of all operational aspects of the business to include:• HR/recruitment (pre-employment source & selection, contracts, holiday, sickness etc)• Payroll• Day-to-day accounts using Greentree (proprietary CRM/ERM database).• Liaison with Oil & Gas clients, agencies, suppliers and Australian parent company.

Responsibility for internal Marcomms projects directed at employee and board-level audiences as well as full management of recruitment campaigns from identifying business requirements, agency briefing to full delivery. Duties included: • Production of quarterly in-house magazine for distribution to all new and prospective employees.• Day-to-day updates for company intranet site.• Production of internal press releases and Q & As for staff.• Co-ordination of staff presentations by company directors. • Responsibility for all recruitment campaigns to include press/web/radio advertising (international, national and local), exhibitions and open days.• Close liaison with advertising agency to project manage campaigns to include budgets, content and design.• Management of the recruitment web site.• Supervision of recruitment admin staff.

Liaising with National Account customers, I provided the highest levels of service, pre- and post-sales, working alongside Regional Sales Executives providing photocopiers/fax machines for government and commercial organisations. This included provision of formal quotes and demonstrations as well as supporting the Area Sales Manager, producing sales reports, presentations and analysis.

Forming strategic partnerships with all British & European resellers on an account management level, including regular distribution of Sales and Marketing tools for new products and existing product lines. Ongoing booking/placement of adverts in national trade press and tracking of responses, as well as writing of all press releases and liaison with editors to gain high level of exposure for all products. I also project managed the Company presence at exhibitions, from liaison with the stand design agency to management of staff on the stand, providing product demonstrations to visitors.

Working closely with European resellers to further develop our relationship by managing all Sales & Marketing queries and providing any support required.Responsibility for all Marketing activities within the UK to include trade press coverage, exhibition and seminar attendance/co-ordination, design and production of internal and external Sales literature and maintenance of the corporate web site.
