I am a yoga teacher and breath work coach. I offer yoga, meditation and breathwork sessions on a private or group basis in London. I can reach you in your home or the office.I am yoga alliance certified, having successfully undertaken yoga teacher trainings in both London and San Francisco. I spend much of my time practising and learning with the yoga community in San Francisco and love bringing all that I have learnt from the west coast into my offerings in London. I spent many years in my 20s working as a paralegal and then trainee lawyer in the City. I was struck by the immense stress and pressure that people in the industry deal with day to day and the impact that this has on mental and physical health. I remain very much in touch with the pressure and stress that professionals in the city face, through insights from my students, friends and colleagues who work in this field. Parents in particular face huge pressure to balance family and work and often face time squeeze, leading to wellbeing slipping down in the priority list.I believe passionately that making even very small pockets of space / time in your schedule for yoga / meditation / breath work or a combination of these, can transform your mood, how you feel in your body and overall physical and mental health. I am passionate about helping my students to achieve this. Whether this be through yoga in your home or at the office, on zoom, or curating a programme of yoga, meditation and breath work over time, little and often.
