I am leading a project to commission green hydrogen production stations via electrolysis, including infrastructure, technology, power, water supply, land availability and regulatory and permitting requirements.I am also managing a project to convert existing diesel assets to dual fuel hydrogen, to enable the transition to hydrogen fuels

A key role within the supply chain strategy programme management office. This role is responsible for shaping strategy through analysis to determine key projects to enact change, while managing strategic regional projects for Southland. In 2020, Ballance made a commitment to refresh their 5 year strategic plan. I was responsible for facilitating 26 sessions across New Zealand, engaging with Ballance employees to shape our strategic direction. Once completed, we took these insights back to our Leadership Team and compiled our 5 year plan. I was responsible for providing analytical insights and strategic opportunities to justify capital projects across our On Shore Supply Chain. I have formed strategies for distribution networks within the Lower South Island (Otago and Southland) and Lower Western North Island (Taranaki and Manawatu). These strategies assessed the current state, identified gaps and presented business cases to facilitate growth through three key pieces of work. These pieces of work were presented to and signed off by the Ballance Leadership Team. Upon completion of the Lower South Island strategy, I was responsible for managing three key infrastructure projects to improve regional performance.

A role within the product flow team, focusing on the end-to-end planning of bulk and containerised raw materials and imported products from purchase to manufacture to point of sale. Responsible for the sales and operations (S&OP) and short term planning (STP) business processes. Accomplishments:• Improving the planning of imported containerised product to meet unpredictable seasonal demand while mitigating operational bottlenecks. This included implementing a SKU rationalisation project to reduce the need for product bagging and improvement of product quality. • Led a continuous improvement project to improve our distribution hub operations, including introducing night container devanning and replenishment. • Key project lead role for the SurePhos product launch, responsible for ensuring product is manufactured on spec and then distributed into the network in accordance with key launch dates. • Event Managed several supply constraint situations, communicating company wide and managing supply until it can be stabilised. • Forming key relationships with stakeholders in manufacturing and distribution to encourage agility in how we manufacture and store our products with many constraints.• Ambassador for the company-wide values refresh, facilitating workshops around the business to introduce and gain buy-in.

Project-based role to provide financial modelling around key strategic decisions affecting Ballance operations and supply chain. Accomplishments:• Created a monthly "Sales v COGS" performance report for all core industrial and commercial products, as a part of the monthly exec reporting cycle. • Analysed the current spend and potential savings on international freight for Hydrofluorosilicic Acid (HFA) between New Zealand and Australia. • Analysed the existing financial position through a "deep dive" of the commercial and industrial business. Conducted a SWOT assessment of each product group and determined strategic options to improve the financial result for FY19. • Conducted a full market assessment of the supply and demand of urea in New Zealand and presented to the Ballance Leadership Team in accordance with a strategy refresh.

Cubro are a major importer and distributor of healthcare equipment in New Zealand. Customers include hospitals, medical and rehabilitation centres, aged care homes and many other health organisations.Responsible for the overall management of the Supply Chain Team (Team of 3) to ensure efficiency and continuity of supply while facilitating a continuous improvement culture. Responsible for planning the import of products from around the world and ensuring these are distributed to Customers throughout New Zealand.Accomplishments:• Holistically analysed the end-to-end Supply Chain processes to recognise key strategic opportunities including: • Initiating and facilitating a domestic freight tender to reduce costs and enhance value within the transport of finished goods to the customer. • Initiating and facilitating an international freight tender to reduce the overall landed cost of product into New Zealand.

Frucor manufactures, markets and distributes a range of fruit drinks, energy drinks, waters and soft drinks, many of which are household names throughout New Zealand and Australia. Key Responsibilities:• Purchasing materials and planning production for key Frucor brands manufactured in Australia across four states.• Planning production capacity in SAP APO and ensuring production meets tight deadlines to ensure continuity of supply.• Purchasing raw materials to meet production requirements while maintaining stock levels at remote facilities.• Completion of the Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt training which included facilitating an improvement project to reduce the amount of preform waste throughout the manufacturing process for 1.5L PET products. • Planning replenishment for all Frucor products to the South Island. • Arranging Stock Transfer Orders (STOs) for a rapid "direct containerisation" process of Frucor brands for Australian export.• Purchasing and planning distribution for all Sanitarium Up & Go in petrol stations and convenience stores in New Zealand and Australia
