Building professional relationships and rapport with clients achieve their personal/NDIS goals• Guides clients through their NDIS journey by supporting is numerous ways, such as making informed decisions, building independence and building capacity through rapport, support and understanding.• Understanding that people are complex which requires adaptive thinking and problem solving in situations where required.• Writing case notes effectively after every shift in detail and liaising with the Safeguard Officer and Team Leader with any incidents/concerns.• Being focused on the client’s goals/supports and achievements on each and every shift.

In this role for a brief period. Similar role responsibilities to Wenty Leagues.Attending to customers on the Gaming Floor and Bistro Floor for food and beverages.• Actively listening and attending to customers requirements to resolve any enquires or complaints. For example, apologising for their machine fault and going out of the way to present them with a complimentary beverage for the inconvenience.• Demonstrated customer service whilst on shift. Actively referred to as the “smiley” person and built strong customer relationships by going above and beyond. For example, following up on a resolved issue and double checking the customer is all sorted with no complaints.• Proactive on the Gaming Floor to keep up with the high volume of customers’ orders/machine services. Attending machine calls within the two minute rule on high volume nights. Helped generate large scale revenue (~80k per night) with proactive service. As well as help where needed in various places within the pub, such as the Bistro and bar.

Attending to customers regularly with beverage orders, distribution and maintaining poker machines where needed.• Actively listening and attending to customers requirements to resolve any enquires or complaints. For example, apologising for their machine fault and going out of the way to present them with a complimentary beverage for the inconvenience.• Demonstrated customer service whilst on shift. Actively referred to as the “smiley” person and built strong customer relationships by going above and beyond. Regularly serving customers in a timely order and filling shelves with stock where needed.• Swiftly attending to customers in peak periods of the day. Complying with Woolworths' scanning KPI to ensure that customers are served quickly, effectively and continual customer service.• Providing customers with the help they need as well as abiding by Mystery Shopper Guidelines by making sure customers feel special and welcomed. • Liaising with Grocery Manager to which tasks need fulfilling. Lining shelves with products in accordance to facing rules. Being proactive with noticing empty stock and replenishing where necessary.
