Managed delivery of Salesforce Platform for the Dispute Resolution Services (DRS). This project formed part of significant reform of the NSW Governments CTP Green Slip scheme and supports its initiative for transformation to a digital government by enabling online transactions for the people of NSW, CTP Green Slip Insurers, Legal Representatives and DRS.Effectively managed a complex range of stakeholders to deliver the first phase of Point to Point CTP Insurance program with the Taxi, Rideshare and CTP Insurance industry.Successfully managed the largest random control trial using Telematics devices in the world. The Young Drivers Telematics Trial sought to investigate whether real-time feedback could positively influence driver behaviour.

Responsible for driving International chip credit card migration with responsibility for all international markets. Provided inspiring leadership for 44 globally dispersed teams in significant enterprise level projects. Directed project planning and development, including monitoring and controlling project scope and resource management. Identified, mitigated and resolved risks and issues. Managed stakeholder and project sponsor communications and reporting. Successfully delivered a large scale, complex project on chip credit card issuance by enabling Dual Interface (i.e. ‘Tap & Go’) capability for American Express Credit Cards in 25 international markets. Delivered within timeline and resource constraints. Leadership on this project earned the American Express Technologies Global Excellence Award.Spearheaded multi-faceted Japan Chip & PIN project, supervising over 40 IT teams across multiple work streams, delivering proprietary account capabilities with a $2.4M budget.Delivered Taiwan and Thailand Chip migration project, reducing expenditures from original estimated cost of $1M USD to $500K USD by optimising scheduling and resource allocations.Significantly reduced fraud risk on American Express proprietary credit cards using innovative cryptographic technology and enhanced chip functionality.

Led training and knowledge sharing with Brighton UK business operations team supporting outsourcing of credit card issuance processing for cards in European markets.Managed International Card Replacement Acceleration project overseeing a 1.1M USD budget and improving card processing time from Card Operations to customers by 2 days. Travelled to Kuala Lumpar, Malaysia for configuration project enabling Business Continuity Plan for American Express card production.
