The reZme platform empowers accommodation providers to drive more bookings DIRECT

In this role I managed a cohort 30 + franchisees working to increase their overall business growth through personal relationship management. I supported the business owners to grow their network of customers and repeat business.I was responsible for increasing engagement within the existing network through coaching, mentoring and training on varied topics, such as; customer experience, loyalty and revenue growth. I played a key role in the development of the training material delivered in conference, classroom and webinar settings. I had exposure to personality profiling via Vector Analysis to encourage best results from individuals.

In this role, I managed complex Phenix system developments and product solutions - The Phenix system is Travel Counsellors' own purpose-built technology platform, unlike any other Travel Distribution System globally. Phenix is an integrated booking, CRM, and marketing system all in one.I analysed sales data to identify opportunities to bring external sales in-house to generate more profit for individual business owners. I was responsible for system training and onboarding, as well as ongoing classroom and webinars on system development and updates and conference presentations.

In this role, I had the privilege of being the first point of contact for potential new Business Owners joining our franchise. I built strong, personal relationships with agents and supported them through the difficult but brave decision to "go out on their own". I was responsible for the end-to-end onboarding process and introduction to the business and community, including phone screening, in person and virtual interviews, systems demonstrations, behavioural profiling, legal and financial compliance, police checks, preparing and issuing contracts, and business planning.

In this role, I was the first point of contact for candidates within the hospitality industry. Writing and placing job ads on career sites, screening, interviewing, and referencing checking. Presenting candidate profiles to clients and negotiating salary and contract terms. I used my stakeholder management skills to build strong relationships with both candidates and clients to drive referral business.
