I am currently a full time Senior Planner at DLP Planning in London, UK. I am part of a team that provides comprehensive planning advice to those in the land development sector, and assist clients in navigating the planning system in order to achieve planning permission.

In my previous role as Planner at Baseline Group Ltd I was tasked with the following responsibilities: Present resource consent applications for land use, subdivisions and wastewater and stormwater discharge permits throughout Canterbury Region and the wider South Island of New Zealand, Provide planning advice and land development assessments to clients and colleagues within other disciplines, Prepare and lodge a Private Plan Change application to Kaikōura District Council. This sought to have a Light Industrial Zone adopted into the Plan and implemented on a specific site; and Client Manager for Whanganui District Council. This involves undertaking internal peer reviews, mentoring colleagues and being the main representative of Baseline Group to Council.
