I am passionate about sharing my knowledge with all levels of learners. Even after 26 years of being an IT Trainer, I still get the same buzz seeing people's light bulb moments, knowing I helped. I really enjoy being part of the change and adoption team for many clients going through a Digital Workplace transformation. Using my training expertise, to translate technical to do's and why's into user friendly help materials has proved a great asset to these type of projects over the last few years.My expertise lies in Microsoft 365, with years of experience in designing and delivering bespoke application training too. I write and deliver customised, online and face to face, courses for all Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, Access, Publisher and SharePoint. I also deliver training for Teams, Forms, Planner and all other Microsoft 365 apps.I believe, it is vital to understand both the company and team members objectives and pain points, not offer vanilla off-the-shelf training solution. One size doesn't fit all and customising training content as a one-off training day, or a large project, is essential to make the most of everyone's financial and time investment. We have been PWM training for 11 years!! I am so proud and still just as excited about the opportunities that lie ahead and feel very strongly that those customers who invest in their staff through training and change management will quickly and easily see a marked improvement in the efficiency of their team.
