Responsible for delivering RCGPs fourth strategic priority, to respond to the climate emergency, by co-ordinating and embedding activity on sustainability across the College. This includes:- Supporting a network of GP Faculty Climate Leads- Creating a central resource hub for colleagues- Co-ordinating a delivery group - Producing annual and SECR reports- Sustainable contract management guidelines- Sustainable event delivery

Co-ordinated the Hampshire-wide climate change mitigation and resilience response through development of the climate change action plan and strategic framework, liaising with colleagues across the County Council. Conceptualised digital behavioural change campaigns and project-managed multiple schemes, such as Solar Together.Successfully wrote for and won a Lottery bid to expand The Greening Campaign, a grass-roots partnership initiative linking communities with organisations, such as the Wildlife Trusts, to enhance biodiversity and decarbonise their local area.

Drove the Countywide Waste Prevention behavioural change programme with a strong focus on food waste. - Designed and managed 'Smart Living' social media platforms, boosting page followers by 30%.- Delivered social media and offline campaigns aimed at supporting residents to reduce food waste and recycle better, achieving the targets set.- Regularly updated the webpages using Sitecore and analysing user journeys with Google analytics. - Analysed the Counties waste data using Excel and GIS.- Delivered County-wide outreach events, alongside training and motivating 20 Volunteer Champions.

Managed research projects collaboratively from design to writing the manuscript, which primarily involved survey and interview design and analysis of large qualitative data sets. Published research to British Medial Journal Open as first author: https://bit.ly/2NmDn9b Built fulfilling partnerships with a disease-specific charity and a hospital to advertise and recruit for participants, subsequently interviewing 19 participants. To analyse the interview data I used Nvivo to carefully group the information into themes.

Building strong relationships with carers, doctors and teachers to support seven young individuals with learning disabilities with their daily routines. Facilitated their engagement in classroom activities. Assisted with assigning their learning goals to promote positive development in all spheres of life, promoting independence. Trained new Care Assistants regarding the young person's needs and responded efficiently to medical emergencies.

Individually managed a social group to support the formation of friendships for adults with autism. Seeking to support their wellbeing I proactively liaised with the Bristol Autism Spectrum Service. I recruited and trained reliable volunteers who were able to support the running of the group. By attending to the members’ interests I organised weekly events for the lively group to foster cohesiveness.

Closely supported a diverse group of six first year international students during their transition to University by providing advice and encouraging their engagement in social clubs. I welcomed them to the University and responded to any queries. I had a responsibility to favourably solve problems to ensure the wellbeing of the students.
