Kerry Raymond is a principal and member of the firm’s Construction and Litigation practice groups. Kerry concentrates her construction law practice on the litigation of complex construction defect cases on behalf of owners, general contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers. In addition, Kerry’s construction practice includes breach of contract claims, mechanic’s liens, lien waivers, bid protests, OSHA defense work, contract drafting and negotiation, other general disputes and arbitration. Kerry competently manages all aspects of litigation including pre-suit investigation, development of litigation strategy, expert retention, preparation of pleadings, discovery, motions practice, mediation, trial, post-trial motions and appeals.In her civil litigation practice, Kerry focuses in the area of general liability defense and professional liability defense.
