Owner + Creative DirectorKerry Creative 2003 - Mar 2022While I worked as a freelance designer & marketing consultant, I designed and/or sourced fully branded solutions for my clients drawing from a vast knowledge base of graphic production technologies. My graphics background enabled me to craft beautiful & relevant packaging designs and other printed materials, as well as producing content for email, social media, and other digital platforms.I also have a strong writing background, which allowed me to write on-brand copy that aligned with the designs I produced. I worked with contractors on an as-needed basis to outsource rich solutions for my clients, unifying the work under the larger brand “story” to form a cohesive whole. By keeping overhead light, I was able to provide flexible solutions for an array of clients – though my primary area of expertise (and a passion of mine) is within the CPG food industry.My agency/consultant career spanned several years, and during that time I found myself moving from "creative lead" to "project manager". This gave me a degree of multi-dimensional fluency across several creative disciplines, and also provided a good deal of experience managing marketing projects for the brands I was contracted with.
