With over 10 years experience in a variety of fields, in everything from finance to medical, from call centers to hospitality & sales to customer service, I feel blessed to have been able to pick up a wide variety of mixed but valuable skills. However, I feel, the things I've been the most appreciated for, are my inherently easy-going and cheerful disposition, my mad people skills and my ability to pick things up quickly, to grasp concepts and processes easily, and to be able to see & understand "how things fit together" -what it takes to get one cog to meet the next cog to keep things flowing smoothly.My deal breakers are managers too busy managing people to manage the business, too busy fixing people to find and fix the real problems & Metrics or other methods of measuring productivity and performance that divert focus from being the "best" to being the" most." Coordinated and maintained staffing and scheduling for clients and nursing staff. Provided general guidance and management for teams consisting of up to 50-70 nurses and CNAs and 20+ clients. Moved into the Branch Management position after relocating to the greater Phoenix area, although Branch Manager was my official title, my actual day to day duties focused more on the start up and establishment of a new home health care agency.
