With over 25 years of work within employment and skills behind me, I’ve learned a lot about what it takes to improve job readiness and strengthen community ties. At Myerscough College, Preston Vocational Centre, and Community Gateway Association, I managed government projects, led teams, and learned the ins and outs of non-profit work.
