As the Lieutenant of Lincoln Park EMS, I oversaw the ordering and maintenance of medical supplies, medications, and uniforms to ensure our team was always prepared for any emergency. Managed three medical offices located in Wyckoff NJ, Manhattan, NY, and Garden City, NY. In my role, I oversaw 25 staff members across various departments such as Billing, Marketing, and Medical staff including PAs and Medical doctors. Additionally, I assisted with setting up and opening two new locations, with plans to open two more. I implemented and maintained the EPCR System (AdvancedMD) and also mitigated operational hazards. My efforts included implementing new policies and procedures to increase productivity.

Following the closure of the Nutley Volunteer Emergency and Rescue Squad (NVERS), the Nutley Fire Department was responsible for providing primary EMS coverage to the township of Nutley. During the transition phase, the township hired previous NVERS staff as per-diem employees to ensure uninterrupted EMS services until the firefighters completed their training and were ready to take over completely. Afterward, the township laid off all former NVERS employees.

In my previous role as an EMT at Atlantic Mobile Health, I had the privilege of providing pre-hospital care and transportation for those in need. Additionally, I was part of a team that provided specialty care transport for critically ill patients, including Neonatal Intensive Care, where I worked alongside Registered Nurses, Respiratory Therapists, and Physicians. Being able to help those in need and working with such a dedicated team was truly an honor.

As a Patient Care Technician in the Emergency Department at Chilton Medical Center, I confidently provided top-notch patient care. My wide range of responsibilities included conducting EKGs and phlebotomy procedures, setting up procedures, conducting Point of Care Testing, and working seamlessly with physicians, nurses, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver life-saving care.
