Telephone triage of all ages to ensure safe outcomes for patients. Includes complex medical history, toxic ingestions, revalidating ambulances and emergency department attendances to ensure patients get to the right place at the right time. Also being available to advise call handlers on cases where clinical support is required to ensure safe outcomes. Clinical navigating involves overseeing all cases in the queues, prioritising, recognising red flags, communicating to other services and redirecting patients to them as appropriate.

Working as part of a team to provide acute care to children and their families on a busy paediatric surgical unit. The ward is the regional centre for paediatric surgery and has enabled me to develop many skills including managing the ward.

Working with disabled children and their families in their own homes to support them with everyday activities.

Working at a local Tesco Express Store stocking shelves, helping customers and working on the tills.

Voluntary work for SNAPS childrens' charity. Supported an autistic boy for the summer to enable him to access a mainstream school holiday playscheme that he wanted to go to.
