I built a successful martial arts school from the ground-up that served the community and after school programs. I started with Kinko's as the lead designer and was promoted to manager of the department within the first six months. My primary responsibilities were to lead and develop the design team, provide customer service and consultation, and increase the department profit margin. My primary responsibility was to concept, design, and maintain all internal advertising, signage and displays. I also led an effort to create local external advertisements and flyers to help increase overall foot traffic. A big part of this role was internal customer service, finding solutions that struck a balance between budget and time management, between the needs of the company and the department, and between creativity and consistency.
