Experienced Head of a multi-disciplinary Digital Technology Solutions Portfolio called: The Functional Centre of Expertise & Alignment within the Technology & Solutions Delivery division, with a demonstrated history of all-round IT excellence within the private, banking, eCommerce, health and government sectors.Exceptionally skilled in delivering complex technology solutions across multiple SDLC methodology disciplines, Business & Systems Analysis, Management Consulting, Client Relationship Management, Enterprise Business Architecture, and IT Service & Operations Management, including Incident & Problem Resolution Management. I'm a hugely passionate IT professional with an Information Technology qualification focused in Information Systems from the Durban University of Technology, coupled with a few other certifications in IT, Business Leadership and Management. Whilst I consider myself somewhat of a techie, I am easily able to disseminate any enterprise architectural landscape, backend systems interfacing/integration and any other technical jargon of a complex technology solution into an easily digestible summation in a non-technical manner for executive and/or public consumption.On the people front, I pay special attention to up and cross-skilling staff and also ensuring longterm sustainability with self-sufficient teams. My cultural goal is that my team treats each other as friends and family and are passionate about serving for a higher purpose and not merely colleagues working a salaried job.In my previous role as a Senior Manager of the Digital Solutions portfolio, I led 4 Product Managers and 28 Business Analysts and we looked after all things digital for the South African Revenue Service. I created and empowered 4 self-sustainable teams in one portfolio with no single point of failure and I was promoted to a new role as an Area Head for the Functionality Centre of Expertise & Alignment whereby I lead a team of highly skilled and well-seasoned Senior Specialists and we focus on Innovation and taking our organization beyond 4IR in terms of thinking, tech and processes.
