My Chemical Engineering studies were completed at the University of Applied Sciences Fresenius and the California State University Long Beach. During internships and abroad semesters in the chemical industry I worked early on sales and marketing topics.During my professional career as a sales engineer I have focussed on the non-destructive testing product portfolio for the automotive industry and an intensified engagement in the European markets. With additional responsibilities of the product management I have implemented successfully a completely new NDT product line for general industries and established new distribution channels in Europe. As Head of the NDT business unit, I have been living his leadership philosophy of engagement, building strong and trustful relationships, resulting in a low unwanted employee turnover. I have been pushing on the introduction of new products to fully leverage PFINDER’s global distribution network, where I am playing a key role in building and expanding it into the Americas and Asian markets. To a larger group I am well known as a speaker at both, at regional DGZFP working groups and at international NDT conferences.Implementing ahead-thinking trends, such as the sustainability campaign „GREEN NDT“, the event series „NDT Roadshow Deutschland“ and the web conferences „NDT WebSessions“ I am showing my remarkable affinity for new topical offers. My great skills in marketing and social media are visibile by company-wide project leads for several website relaunches as well as corporate design developments as well as the implementation of a CRM and branding workshops.With my chemistry background, the advanced training during several management trainings and broad hands-on experience on-the-jobs at PFINDER, my profile combines an excellent understanding of technical products and technology with business and strategic thinking and strong leadership skills.
