Dennis Kersten is the founder of Kersten Wealth Management Group, a family run financial services firm located in Perrysburg, Ohio. Working alongside his two sons, Kevin and Brad, Dennis provides personalized financial planning and wealth management to retirees and those preparing for retirement in Toledo, Perrysburg, and throughout Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan.After graduating from Bowling Green State University in 1967, Dennis began his career as a math teacher. Working during the summers as an insurance salesman, he recognized that his teaching methods could help families pursue financial independence with proper planning. He became a financial advisor in 1977 to offer investments and comprehensive financial planning services.Meet DennisDennis resides in Perrysburg, Ohio with his wife, Ann. Together they have four grown children and 13 grandchildren. They recently achieved their dream of purchasing a vacation home in North Carolina, where they enjoy time in the summer with their children and grandchildren.Passionate about education, Dennis has served on the Oak Harbor School Board. He is also a member of St. Paul’s United Church of Christ, where he has served as president of the church council.
