My main task was to set up a risk management department. The following milestones have been achieved.- Risk Appetite Statement- SIRA- Risk Control Framework- Policy framework- Underwriting guidelines and Underwriting Templates- Establishment of Compliance function- Establishment of committee structure- Implementing Three lines of defense- Building a risk culture in which we learn from mistakes.I was also part of the management of yesqar and involved in the strategy and implementation.
