I am currently managing the database and various data systems for the international franchise Beautiful Me, as well as dealing with processes and data analysis in Power BI across the organisation. I use Transact SQL and PostgreSQL querying tools for data import/export.My roles also include unifying the data flow through the optimization of the data management processes in all systems. I also provide first line systems support to all employees in Estonia and all franchises in various countries.

I was responsible for the Salesforce database of the international charity Family For Everychild. As a manager, I dealt with complex data management issues and data processes across the fundraising team. My responsibilities also included preparing reporting in Salesforce for data analysis and forecasting for the fundraising team, as well as setting up a dashboards based on the management levels of the team showing fundraising analytics necessary for each level.I was also in charge of setting up data processes with external fundraising teams, optimizing the reporting and data flow, and troubleshooting, ensuring good communication and a timely resolution of any problems. I had to forecast and manage the database team's budget and strategy for the year ahead.I also set up and managed an AgileCase database for the Family For Everychild's programming team. I was the person responsible for its setup, migration, and day-to-day management.I was the project manager on Family For Everychild’s side for the Salesforce upgrade to Lightning and futher managed all the internal training.
