• Lead a team of four assistants• Manage and actively coordinate the swiss engineering office • Management reporting in terms of headcount, recruitment status, project status and resource forecasting to the Head of Engineering• Set-up and implementation of the purchase order tool for the Swiss engineering function, including introduction and end user training
