A team leader with an eye for both the whole and the details. I have experience in many different environments;Today my main mission is to enhance and align processes within the recruitment area. I often have ideas for improvements and streamlining, and having the opportunity to implement those enhancements gives me energy - no matter what area.I have earlier worked as a Project manager for production, handling warehouse management solutions, and distribution of marketing materials within the graphic industry.Within the IT industry, I have worked with support, teaching, authorizations, and processes. I’m also experienced in the healthcare sector.Structure, responsiveness, and efficiency are some of my strengths. Challenges and varied tasks are important parts for me to thrive at work.I am a proactive person who appreciates teamwork and can easily collaborate to achieve the desired result. I enjoy being the spider on the web and working in a solution-focused way so that cooperation between different actors turns out well for all parties. Working close to customers and getting continuous feedback is rewarding and developing - whether the feedback is positive or constructive. I enjoy leading a team and to pursue my development in that area, my ambition is to take the next step as a manager. I really enjoy working with international customers and colleagues, and I believe diversity in all its forms is enriching!
