Former ODI fellow in Haiti at the Haitian central bank and investment promotion agency. German national, who has lived in Haiti, China, Uruguay, Peru, Moldova, France and the United Kingdom and engaged in analytical work and policy dialogue with Côte d’Ivoire, the Eastern Caribbean States, the Western Balkan countries, El Salvador, Lao PDR, Mauritius and Paraguay.Fluent in English, French, Spanish and German, advanced Mandarin and intermediate Haitian Creole. Enjoys living abroad in diverse countries, experiencing different cultures, travelling and learning foreign languages.
