Kerstin is the Co-Founder and CEO of Out There Media, one of the leading mobile technology and data companies, and as such is responsible for the company’s global growth, working closely with Fortune 500 brands as well as with tier 1 mobile network operators.Kerstin and her co-founder Daphne Loukas recently created Out There Impact, the "tech for good" arm of Out There Media, to support global philanthropic campaigns and help advance the United Nations’ SDGs, with a clear mission to improve people's lives via mobile technologies. Out There Impact works exclusively with development agencies, governments, NGOs, charitable enterprises, venture philanthropists and foundations to demonstrate how mobile can be used for the greater good. Out There Impact has been running the largest global mobile campaign to date in the fight against COVID-19 in collaboration with the World Health Organization, reaching almost 300 million citizens around the world.Kerstin is a notable industry speaker having spoken at the United Nations Media Summit, the World Economic Forum and a number of tech and marketing events, such as Mobile World Congress, Capacity Media Event, MMA Forum and many more. Kerstin holds an MBA from ESADE and an M.A. Business Administration and Economics from the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration. Kerstin is a Harvard Business School Alumni (OPM 44), an Endeavor High Impact Entrepreneur, Chair Emeritus of the Mobile Marketing Association and has been on the Jury at Cannes Lions. She has also been named among the “Top 50 Female Executives in Mobile”, the “10 Women Who Rock the Marketing Industry Today”, and the global “Lovely Mobile Leaders”. She is half Danish and half Greek and speaks six languages.
