Collective Impact is a new leadership programme for women changemakers focused on empowerment, systemic change and resilience; a 5-month experiential journey on learning to lead positive change. Originally designed as blended programme, adapted and now delivered virtually, with a global audience. The Collective Impact programme provides a challenging, but deeply nourishing and safe environment for experiential learning and application towards solving real-world challenges. Sessions combine in-depth introductions to new models and tools, backed up by hands-on application and facilitated peer learning. The programme covers three key aspects: • Being in right relationship with the whole. An ability to tap into leadership from within, from a place of deep belief and trust in self. This is the foundation for how we better connect with others and the systems we operate within. • From “me” to “we” to collective impact. Learning to “be” with others, and work in more collaborative and inclusive ways to achieve greater impact. • Sensing and acting in uncertainty and complexity. A deeper appreciation of the interconnected systems we are trying to change – and how to create more lasting, systemic change.

This will result in higher employee motivation, thus improved performance. in a sustainable way.We, the Pathfinder Team @ GPi, fulfill that belief by introducing the ‘Pathfinder’ - a unique method that helps business owners, leaders and change agents decode all the interdependencies within their business - from markets to clients, to team dynamics. We help you to uncover the people and process pain points holding back your business growth and develop a roadmap to unlock all that potential.By running GPi Pathfinder a medium-sized business recently witnessed a 53% productivity gain, which had a major impact on their bottom line. Their personalised business blueprint enabled them to discover what was really going on and what was holding them back. Growthhealthcheck.Co.Uk Jan 2017 - Jun 2021

Every person and every business is on a journey. We enable business leaders not only to understand where they are on their journey, what is ahead of them, but how to stay true to their purpose, act authentically and design workplaces which foster growth of people and the business itself. We do so by creating an organisational awareness which helps people to understand what modus operandus is required at present, in future and how all this relates to them. This leads to more responsive and future-proof organisations with people truly engaged and a higher level of productivity. Starting point is the Pathfinder Growth Health Check, a business diagnostic tool & design method which evaluates and analyses 35 performance-critical drivers of a business. It’s a unique way of enabling leaders to map all the inter- dependencies within their business – from markets to clients to team dynamics. The outcome is a practical, clear roadmap to unlock your business potential and improve your interaction with clients and all other stakeholders. And – maybe most importantly – stay on top of things whilst growing.
