The Edmonton Resilience Festival is a unique opportunity to learn valuable new skills, meet new connections, and create sustainable community. This one-day event features workshops, conversation cafes, a community marketplace and a Resilience Forum to help attendees discover ways to build social and ecological resilience in the face of constant change.

This position is responsible for sustainability program administration and support, with a focus on education and outreach programming, under the supervision of the Team Lead - Involvement & Engagement. The Specialist - Sustainability Engagement will be responsible for recruitment and project development with a team of sustainability volunteers, in collaboration with the Office of Sustainability. This position requires a high level of collaboration with existing units within the Student Services units and across campus. This position has a strong focus on program planning and delivery, volunteer management, and student engagement.
