the content of my new role is to grow the organization's turnover and mission impact hand in hand, being responsible for creating and implementing the organization's sales strategy, i.e. finding ways to grow the business.

During my three and a half year career as a factory manager, my team was able to almost double the turnover of the factory , multiply the profit, increase the reliability of delivery to over 90%, and all this at a time when one crisis was chasing another, if I summarize for myself, it was difficult and simple at the same time, simplicity and clarity have an incredible impact on factory performance, a bit of metrics, clear data&communication rules and routes, clear expectations and goal settings&fair feedback, and of course blood, sweat and tears:)

Since I was considered as high potential in the company, I was entrusted to build up the Estonian sub-production in Uhtna, Lääne-Virumaa. I built up the local organisation from zero to effective.Combining KPI's , cost breakdown and investment analysis when making company's decisions, impact on production and managing decisions

I started off as a trainee of a welder (who happened to be my father). From there on - bending machine operator, CNC gas cutting, CNC bending, machine assembly and all basic skills for machine industry.
