I am a highly motivated and organised individual with 13 years of administrative and management experience at an exclusive event agency and the largest dance school in the Baltic states. As a part of my career, I have helped executives streamline their communication, supported them in the preparation and execution of projects, helped compile reports and organised numerous meetings, presentations and managed day to day assignments. As an event/operations manager I have organised dozens of events and worked in constantly changing and challenging environment.Currently I am working as a Leasing Expert at Buxton Port Phillip. I thrive on establishing solid and positive relationships with all my clients and pride myself for providing clear and consistent communication. I am excited to make every effort to get to know my clients professionally yet personally and do my utmost to help them achieve the best possible outcome.I am also a professional dancer with more than 16 years of experience in the street dance scene. I have facilitated numerous engaging dance workshops, organised events, competitions, camps and performed on stages across the world. Since moving to Australia in 2020 I have received a warm welcome from the dance scene here, participating successfully in dance competitions, giving dance workshops and sharing the stage with local fellow artists. I have also done some acting and extras work in local and international TV shows.In my spare time I enjoy reading books, spending quality time with friends and indulging in nature walks, long-distance running, the gym and outdoor activities.
