My understanding of effective persuasive tactics and process creation opened the door to train others as an Agency Field Specialist. I trained and developed ±140 agents and staff, and as a result, sales increased over 169% within the first 30 days.While I enjoyed working hands-on with agents, I transitioned my career back to working directly with clients. I accepted a position at C.H. Robinson, where I offered my clients solutions to get their products to their desired destination. To do this, I proactively established personal relationships with vendors and negotiated contract terms to win the customer. During my time at Enterprise, I was able to overstand the intricacies that went into growing a business, building team chemistry, and managing relationships with partners.
