Job description:• Provide customer service such as greet customers, processing incoming patient and handle payments.• Answer phone calls, which may involve answering questions. and queries regarding the required procedures.• Scheduling and screening appointments by phone and email • Handle incoming and outgoing emails.• Process credit notes upon approval from head doctors.• Process credit card, debit card and cash payments.• Assist with pet supply purchases such as pet food, supplements andgrooming items.• Provide assistance with pet international relocation and processingrequirements such as certificates and permits for moving pets fromone country to another.• Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continuerelationships.• Customer service skills to listen to the concerns of a customer and be able to address their needs.
